How to register on the GCL (ENGLISH VERSION)

You are pre-registered on the GCL. If you want to finalize your registration, here's how:

Fill in the registration form:
Download the PDF document from this link and send us an email once you have completed it. The simplest is to print it, and scan it or take a picture and send it to us by email, together with by the environmental charter .

As soon as we have received the first 8 registration forms we will officially confirm the trek by sending an email to each participant. Then you can book your flights and organize your trip to the Lofotens .

So that we can confirm the departure as soon as possible, it is important that you send the registration form quickly.

Medical certificate :
Once the circuit is confirmed you will have until April 30th to send us a medical certificate showing your aptitude for mountain hiking. The certificate must be in French or English and is essential to participate.

Insurance:
To participate you must have a travel insurance (with at least medical assistance on site and repatriation) covering you in Norway for this trek. You will have to send us a copy of your insurance certificate by email.


Payment:
Once we have received the registration form we will send you an invoice with a deposit of 30% that you will have to pay to finalize your registration. The payment must be made by bank transfer to the account of the travel agency Exploranor SARL (the bank details will appear on the invoice). And the balance of the trip is to be paid no later than 35 days before the departure of the trek.
