Hi Paul,
The easiest way is to take the regular bus line that goes from Å (you can also take it from Sørvågen or Moskenes) to Svolvær. Usually you have to change bus in Leknes.
You can use the local travel planner website:
www.reisnordland.no/reiseplanlegger
(You can switch it to English)
