Hi David,

I'd consider hiking from Munkebu to Forsfjord, then onward to Vinstadt if that is not too challenging. Then boat back to Reine and then boat to Kjerkfjorden. Then, finally, hiking to Fredvang.

Is all of this a difficult journey or 'Medium' please? I've downloaded the .gpx for some of this, but there doesn't seem to be .gpx for Munkebu to Forfjord.

I have also bought the excellent book, 'Hiking The Lofoten Islands'.
